pcscreen KSH started in February 1999. Initially it recognised that there was a need for someone who could fix a computer at their home and didnt speak with mystical words and phrases while emptying their wallet.

It was soon realised that this need was required by businesses and schools alike. Now ten years on KSH is still serving the needs of many schools, businesses and home users in the Spalding and Peterborough areas.

Our strengths are that we always will give you an estimate of the cost of repair before carrying out the work, we can collect from you or work on site if required and we strive to achieve great customer satisfaction.

I can't emphasise enough how important it is to have your pictures and data backed up. I have had 6 hard drives fail from customers this month. All of them under two years old. The new hard drives are just not lasting. Make sure you have your important files in TWO places. On the computer and on a seperate hard drive or memory stick or even dvd.  The cost for retrieving information from a specialist can be in excess of £300 and isnt always successful. Buy an external hard drive for about £50 for your own security.

 

Dodgey emails. There are ones from various Courier companies and the Post Office. They tell you you have a parcel to collect. When you click on it your computer is infected.  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
