We dont charge a call out fee as such but please be aware that with the cost of fuel now it must be realised that although I may be in your house for 30 mins it has taken time to get to you and costs a bit too! That said, we will always give you a rough idea of costs, where we can, before coming to see you. The average call is probably about £40. All work is quoted before starting - I don't believe in frightening  people with big bills!
