It
must cost a fortune!
Costs of an average web site can be pleasantly surprising. When
you put a web site in direct comparison with newspaper advertising
it is far cheaper. An average ad in a local paper 8cm x 5cm will
cost on average £40 per edition. There are no guarantees
anyone will read it and you are limited to approx 40 words.
The average web site will cost between £300 and £1000
for the first year - Equivalent to £20 per week - that will
include photo's and numerous pages, pricelists, maps etc etc.
Then the second year if you don't want any changes it will cost
£100!- Equivalent to less than £2 a week!
The initial
set up costs will vary on the amount of work we have to do. Obviously
the more you supply the less we have to do. If you supply pictures
and text with a good idea of how many different pages you require
then you could be surprised how cheap it can be. The only way
to find out is to get a quote with absolutely no obligation what
so ever!!
